Getting here isn't easy. It means something in you decided you were worth showing up for. I think that's one of the bravest things a person can do. For the past six years, I've had the privilege of supporting adults through anxiety, stress, and life transitions as a licensed therapist here in California.

Outside of sessions, I'm a coffee-first, long-walks-always kind of person who moves slowly and finds strength in her faith. That sense of groundedness is something I try to bring into every session. This work is something I chose on purpose, and I show up to it every day with my whole heart. I'd be honored to be part of what comes next for you.

Sessions are $150 for a 50-minute session. I'm in-network with several major insurance providers, and I'm happy to help you check your specific benefits before we begin.

There's no set timeline. Some people come for a few months to work through something specific; others stay longer. We'll figure out what's right for you together.

That's okay — most people haven't. We'll go at your pace, and I'll guide the process so you don't have to figure it out alone.
